• To assist in the facilitation and coordination of organization structure design and job design initiatives.
• To implement and maintain an organizational performance management system that is aligned to business goals.
Task Complexity:
• Serves as an internal customer interface on all OD and IPF issues/enquiries
• Provide advisory services to line management and supervisors with respect to OD and performance management
• Coordinate organization structure and job design initiatives
• Design and maintain job profiles for the organization
• Facilitate and coordinate job competency profiling for the organization
• Develop, maintain and implementing Integrated IPF plans and schedules
• Facilitate change management process for all organizational structure change.
• Participate in the development of the MTN Irancell competency directory in line with business requirement
• Support various development activities within HR and the business (Work Force Planning, Succession Planning and Career Development.)
• Maintain HR ERP include(Organization Units, Positions, Jobs) and other relevant databases
• Develop and present reports, presentations, and informal feedback as requested
• Facilitate moderation process for fairer IPF results.
• Ensure efficiency of HC budget & compliancy with structure
• BA degree in human resources management or any other relevant fields
• 3 years’ experience in HR Management with concentration in Organization Development, remuneration and Employee Performance Management Experience in remuneration policy and procedure development
